Anyone can report potential fraud, waste or abuse involving state and federal programs and funds. The TXCVT Voucher Watchdog Reporting Portal is an online tool created by the Texas Center for Voucher Transparency (TXCVT), an initiative of Our Schools Our Democracy (OSOD). It gives families, taxpayers, and community members a safe, independent way to share concerns about how the state’s $1 billion taxpayer funded voucher program is being carried out.

TXCVT is not a government agency. We do not investigate reports, file cases, enforce laws, or take legal action. Instead, we provide a confidential place for Texans to document their experiences so their voices are heard. Information submitted through this reporting portal helps to identify statewide trends, potential red flags, publish watchdog reports, and make recommendations to improve how Texas’ voucher program serves students and families.
